About the job
As a Plater section building you will assemble the block sections of yachts, independent from the drawing. The margins are very tight, but the fulfilment is big when the yacht is leaving to the shipyard for the outfitting part. In general you will work day shifts, when it is busy there is also a chance you will work in a two-shift system.
About the company
The company is world wide known in the field of yachtbuilding. They are using high standards to make this pieces of craftsmanship. They are having a hard working ‘can do’ mentality, ‘no’ is not an option.
You have it
- 3-5 years of work experience in the assembly ship / yacht sections;
- work independent from the technical drawing;
- you can do tack welding;
- a valid VCA or willing to get in (on company cost) in four weeks after start;
- communicate well in English;
- a EU nationality (a permit is not acceptable).
