Are you interested in working as a Packing Employee Daytime and available for at least 32 hours per week? If so, read on!

As a Packing employee or Production worker, your workday starts at 07:30 or 08:45 and ends at 16:00. To keep the work varied, you will work in blocks of one hour, one hour and 15 minutes, or one and a half hours. During each block, you will perform different tasks. Your tasks may include:

• Filling bags with synthetic resin
• Checking the correct quantities
• Sealing the bags mechanically
• Packing the bags into boxes

You will work in a new factory with clean, neat, and modern workspaces and equipment. Throughout the day, you will alternate between sitting and standing tasks to keep you active.

About the company

You will be part of an team of approximately 30 colleagues, Dutch and English Speaking. You will report to the production manager and always work in teams on a line.

You have it

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Experience in a production or packing environment for more than 1,5 year at the same company
• Your place of living is within 15 kilometers of Geldermalsen
• Speaking and understanding Dutch is a plus, but good English and Polish speaking is also okay

• Production employee (filling operator): €15.50 gross per hour, that is €2687 gross per month based on 40 hours
• Upon hiring by the client, you will receive a permanent contract and a 2% salary increase. After 2 years of service, you will receive a 2.25% salary increase.
