Processing PVC through extrusion technology is what you will do in this job position.You will be part of a multifunctional production team and your work will take place in a three-shift system.

On a daily basis your day look like beneath:

• Kickoff.
• Packaging; visual inspection; foiling; completing parcel slips and driving a forklift;
• Troubleshooting raw material installation; extruders; cooling baths and trumpet table.
• Cleaning the saws and replacing and dispose of the disposal bags.
• Refill of the trump table rings and check if the extruder cilinder is running vacuum.
• Start-up and stopping of the extruders.
• Changing the color of the tube due to a recipe change. (extruder hopper)
• Check Hitachi inkjet printers for various lamps, orange/red.
• Check barcode sticker printers.
• All common conversion work.
• Evaluation and shift transfer.

For this job it is important that you possess the following qualities / skills / education:

• Proven experience as a operator is most important;
• Preferably experience in driving a forklift;
• The wish to settle yourself in NL;
• The wish to learn Dutch.
• Handy tinkerer;
• Mechanical knowledge;
• Able to work independent;
• Hands-on mentality and dare to take initiative;
• You are working in a solution-oriented manner.

• A salary between € 2.400,- and € 3.400,- gross per month
• 21,5 % shift bonus per worker hour.
• 8,33% holiday pay on top of your salary.
