Bram Valkenburg

Bram has been with Intro for quite some time now. Since January 2016, he has been a key figure at “the club,” working at our office in IJsselstein, as Manager Learning & Development and since 2023 at Intro EU Staffing. So, if you’ve ever searched for a job in this area, chances are, you’ve met him or someone in his network.

Bram’s not just a recruiter; he’s a Manager at Intro EU Staffing. “In my role, I oversee the operations and management of our staffing services across Europe. I ensure that employees who find jobs through Intro EU Staffing receive the best support and opportunities with our clients and partners.”

He’s a lifelong learner. “I gain so much knowledge from my work—from people, from processes, and from daily challenges. Watching someone truly blossom is incredibly rewarding.”

Outside of work, Bram stays active. “I have to make an effort to unwind. I love volunteering in my hometown, playing piano and other instruments and enjoying sports. I also like reading philosophical, theological, or psychological books. And, of course, anything related to learning.”
